NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st December, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 973, in Volume DI, Folio 9/84, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Erick Kiiru Njoki, of P.O. Box 466–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Elikana Kiiru Kamau alias Michael Kiiru Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Elikana Kiiru Kamau alias Michael Kiiru Kamau and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Erick Kiiru Njoki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Erick Kiiru Njoki only.
