REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nargisbai Mahmood Jaffer, of P.O. Box 82940– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold of all that piece of land containing 0.0672 hectare or thereabouts, registered uner title No. Mombasa Block XXVI/681, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that 16th February, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
