REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rodah Wairimu Ndua (ID/0442894), of P.O. Box 287, Kenolin the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.050, 0.050 and 0.45 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title Nos. Loc. 11/Maragi/9674, 9975 and 9676, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
