REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Nganga P. Mburu (ID/3433183) and (2) Florence Wambui Nganga (ID/4327143), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Kimorori/Block 1/3166 and 3167, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
