REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nakeel Kusero Olombaya (ID/0791802), of P.O. Box 79, Kiserian in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 4.046 hectares or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under the title No. Kajiado Kitengela/20404, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land has been lost or misplaced at Kajiado Land Registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
