THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimani Njane (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Solai/Ndungiri Block 2/488, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E858 of 2021, has issued a grant in favour of Ruth Wahu Kimani, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Kimani Njane (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of Ruth Wahu Kimani, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Kimani Njane (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
