REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bedan Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 7.79 acres or thereabout, known Loc. 16/Ndunyu-Chege/303, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Thika in Succession Cause No. 248 of 2016, has issued grant of administration letters to Joseph Ndungu Bedan, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said to Joseph Ndungu Bedan, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bedan Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
