REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lily Chelangat Koskei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kericho/Chilchila/Fort- Ternan Block 8(Tumoek)/117, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in Succession Cause No. 338 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Raymond Kiprono Langat, and whereas the land title deed issued to Lily Chelangat Koskei (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and 42 and issue land title deed to Raymond Kiprono Langat, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lily Chelangat Koskei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
