REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samwel Odhiambo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Migori, known as Suna West/Wasweta II/1125, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of a new land title deed to Asenath Odhiambo, the administrator under Succession Cause No. 405 of 2023, Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
