GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1890

WHEREAS (1) Mwangi s/o Gicho, (2) Gakuya s/o Waweru and (3) Nungari w/o Kihuithia, as tenants in common in equal Shares , through their representative administrators, (1) James Godfrey Wachira, (2) David Waweru Gakuya and (3) David Mburu Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 102002–00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 36/VII/344, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of Conveyance registered as Volume N38, Folio 364/7, File 12013, and whereas the office has established that one Abdiweli Aden Duntow, of P.O. Box 1459–70100, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, has fraudulently procured an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N148, Folio 222/9, File N12013 an subsequently a converted certificate of lease No. Nairobi Block 50/627, and whereas the office has issued adequate notice to Abdiweli Aden Duntow to surrender the said title for cancellation under section 14 (a) and section 79 (2) of the Act, the enabling registrations of 2017 and a fair administrative actions Act and whereas (1) James Godfrey Wachira, (2) David Waweru Gakuya and (3) David Mburu Mwangi have produced the original indenture of conveyance in respect of the parcel which the office has authenticated as the genuine document that form part of the records held at the central registry, notice is given that the indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N148, Folio 222/9, File 12013 and certificate of lease for Nairobi Block 50/627, registered in the anme of Abdiweli Aden Buntow stands deregistered and cancelled.
