APPOINTMENT
PURSUANT to Article 176 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010
that establishes County Assembly for each County Government, as
read together with section 13 of the County Governments Act, 2012
and section 18 of the County Assembly Service Act, 2017, the County
Assembly of Kakamega approved and appointed—

to be the Clerk of the County Assembly and Secretary to the
Kakamega County Assembly Service Board, with effect from the 13th
February, 2024.
