ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles reg. No. KBL 540N, Toyota Noah and 039/C/KPS/2020 Mitsubishi Pajero lying at Northwest Automobiles, Ruaka, to collect the same within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the publication of this notice, failure to which Northwest Automobiles, Ruaraka, shall proceeed to dispose of the said motor vehicles to recover storage and repair costs, by selling them to the highest bidder or disposing of them as scrap, if they remain uncollected.
