NOTICE is given pursuant to provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of crankshafts, engine blocks, cylinder heads, conrods, axles, diffs, flywheels, gears, propellor shafts, gearboxes, other related parts etc. which have been lying at the premises of Sagoo Engineering Works Limited for several years and months upto and end of December 2023, to collect and remove the same there from upon payment of repair charges, security, storage and other charges as may be raised by Sagoo Engineering Works Limited. Take further notice that unless the said items left for repairs are not collected within thirty (30) days they shall be sold by public auction by private treaty to defray charges and will thereafter cease to be responsibility of Sagoo Engineering Works Limited.
