NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2213, in Volume D1, Folio 21/173, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Lynn Oketch Allen, of P.O. Box 665, Kitengela in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mercyline Oketch Otieno, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mercyline Oketch Otieno and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lynn Oketch Allen, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lynn Okecth Allen only.
