NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 257, in Volume B-13, Folio 2331/20127, File No. 1637, by our client, Mohamed Bashir Wangui, formerly known as Paul Bachia Wangui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Paul Bachia Wangui and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Bashir Wangui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Bashir Wangui only.
