NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 31st January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 490, in Volume D1, Folio 360/4950, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Mohamed Adan Gabane, formerly known as Mohamed Nunow Affey, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Nunow Affey, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Adan Gabane, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Adan Gabane only.
