NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 13th February, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 460, in Volume D1, Folio 390/4490, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Sadiq Mahad Kuno, formerly known as Ahmed Mahat Kuno, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ahmed Mahat Kuno, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sadiq Mahad Kuno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Sadiq Mahad Kuno only.
