NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th November, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 98, in Volume DI, Folio 369/3646, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Emma Monica Njeri Mwangi (guardian), of P.O. Box 63744–00619, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Amari Wangu Maya Mwangi (minor), formerly known as Amari Wangu Birhan Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Amari Wangu Birhan Mwangi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amari Wangu Maya Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Amari Wangu Maya Mwangi only.
