NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th December, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 625, in Volume D1, Folio 816/3654, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Miriam Muthoni Thimba, formerly known as Milliam Muthoni Thimba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Milliam Muthoni Thimba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Miriam Muthoni Thimba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Miriam Muthoni Thimba only.
