NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 704, in Volume D1, Folio 13/107, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Lynn Mbithe Muthui, of P.O. Box 8348– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lynn Mbithe Makau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lynn Mbithe Makau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lynn Mbithe Muthui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lynn Mbithe Muthui only.
