TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2023 By (1) Wilson O. Alwenya, (2) Joseph Alwenya and (3) Kennedy Ouma Alwenya, all of P.O. Box 3754–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Halwenya Kudira Owuori, late of Musemwa Sub-location, Lugari, who died on 5th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2023 By Jane Suguvi, of P.O. Box 800, Buru Buru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Suguvi Buluku, late of Sango S. Location, Likuyani, on 29th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
