TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Livingstone Kiplangat Kerich and (2) Samwel Cheruiyot Kerich, both of P.O. Box 20, Siongiroi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimenjo arap Mosonik, who died Litein Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd May, 2016. CAUSE NO. 43 OF 2024 By (1) Christopher Kibet and (2) Richard Kipkirui Cheruiyot, both of P.O. Box 695, Litein in Kenya , for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Langat, who died at Kapkatet District Hospital, on 11th March, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
