TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2023 By (1) Beatrice Atieno Onyango and (2) James Mario Omondi Aguko, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. W. O. Ochuka & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Onyango Aguko, who died on 20th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E297 OF 2023 By (1) Peris Wanjugu Wamuyu (2) Jane Wanja Kimani, (3) David Mainah Kamoshe and (4) David Mwenye Wambui, all of P.O. Box 262, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and sons, respectively, through Messrs. Mangera & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wamuyu Kamoche, who died on 3rd December, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
