TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2023 By Mary Akinyi Ndalo, of P.O. Box 56–40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ndalo Oluoch, who died at Jaralam Nursing Home, on 8th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E573 OF 2023 By Wilkister Ajwang Adongo, of P.O. Box 37, Katito in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Adongo Otieno, who died on 23rd May, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
