TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E402 OF 2023 By Gerlinda Janmaat, of P.O. Box 121–40123, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ormiston Malcolm alias Ormiston John Malcolm, who died at Steenwijkerland, Netherlands, on 10th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E682 OF 2023 By Thomas Okelo Ondego, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Okelo Ondego, who died at Upper Kombewa Sub-location, on 27th August, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
