Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Odero Ombeda alias William Odero Mbeda, who died on 23rd September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E603 OF 2023 By Teresa Akumu Auma, of P.O. Box 95–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Banabas Odiaga Omollo, who died on 10th September, 1997. CAUSE NO. E697 OF 2023 By Millicent Atieno Oketch, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Okech Ogumbo, who died on 27th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
