E505 OF 2023 By Grace Nyambura Macharia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macharia Kimani alias David Macharia Kimani, who died at Gikandu, on 29th November, 2004. CAUSE NO. E570 OF 2023 By Peter Karanja Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambui Mwangi, who died at Gatumbi Sub- location, on 16th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E651 OF 2023 By Permius Kiraka Bunja, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bunja Kangeri, who died at Ngaa-ini, Maragua Ridge, on 2nd November, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
