TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2024 By Samwel Kihara Njuguna, of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njuguna Kihara, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu, on 6th June, 1998. CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2024 By (1) Jecinta Njoki Githae and (2) Miliam Wanjiku Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 224–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Wanjiru Kiugu, who died at Kiriko, on 18th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
