TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2024 By Rosslyne Solomon Nzuka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Nzambu Kasina, who died at Kahawa West, on 10th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By Ephantus Musyoka Mulingwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulingwa Kiseli alias Mulingwa Kiseli Mungulu, who died at Kyome Sub-location, on 11th August, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
