E25 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Njeri Shokut, (2) Rose Nametia Lepencha and (3) Daniel Mengorokini Sinti, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Shokut, who died on 12th May, 2015. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2023 By Leonard Mutua Mutevu, the deceased’s child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Mueni Mutua, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By Nancy Wamuhu Chege, the deceased’s beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Chege Gitau, who died at Tiekunu, Kamigumo, on 8th April, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
