TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2023 By Soine ene Melita, the deceased’s beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Melita Kaika, who died at Ngatataek, on 2nd March, 2015. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2023 By (1) Geoffrey Mburu Cucu and (2) Esther Njeri Cucu, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Cucu Kabiru, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 19th December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
