TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2023 By (1) David Onyangi Ombaki and (2) Jeremiah Onyangi Ogega, both of P.O. Box 1, Gesusu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Livington Ombaki Nyagaka, who died at Getacho Sub- location, on 4th April, 2008. CAUSE NO. 415 OF 2023 By Christopher Ongoto Omwenga, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omwenga Marungu, who died at Iirianyi Bogeka Location, on 11th February, 1986.
