TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2023 By (1) Paul Mwangi Mwaura and (2) Kamau Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 67, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaura Muraya alias Mwaura Mugaya, who died at Githumu Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By Peter Nyaga Karanu, of P.O. Box 1257–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wambui Karanu, who died at Kigumo, on 20th June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
