TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2023 By (1) Jackson Muthaburi Njuguna and (2) David Maina Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 268, Kangari in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Wanjai, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2016. CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2023 By Rahab Wanjiku Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaack Ndirangu Matu alias Isaac Ndirangu Matu alias Isaak Ndirangu Matu alias Issack Ndirangu Matu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
