TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2023 By (1) Jabeth arap Bowen and (2) Philip Kibowen, both of P.O. Box 478–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibowen arap Chebore, who died at Sironoi, on 24th November, 2007. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By Grace Kobilo Kurgat, of P.O. Box 239, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Chepchieng A. Komen, who died at Seretunin, on 16th June, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
