TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By (1) Moses Kipruto Kurgat and (2) Edwin Kipketon Toroitich, both of P.O. Box 78–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Toroitich Chepkurgat, who died at Baringo County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By Josephine Tarkok Biwott, of P.O. Box 78–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Kibiwot Torotich Caleb alias Mark K. Toroitich Caleb, who died at District Hospital, Kabarnet in Kenya, on 26th April, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
