TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By Samwel Kipkorir Langat, of P.O. Box 142–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkesos Cherono Makerer, who died at Emityot, on 8th August, 1992. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2024 By Reuben Kipruto Rono, of P.O. Box 30–20402, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marindany Kiprono Kilele alias Kiprono arap Kilel, who died at Kiptulwa, on 3rd . The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
