TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2023 By Caroline Akinyi Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Otieno Ndolo, who died at Upper Kombewa, Kisumu, on 2nd July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By Leonard Ochar Otieno, the decesed’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathayo Otieno Obong’o alias Mathayo Otieno, who died at East Katieno Sub-location, on 20th July, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
