TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2023 By Fibi Atieno Ochieng, of P.O. Box 3442, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Ochieng Nyangayo, who died at East Kajulu, on 18th September, 2000. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2023 By Gwendesiah Omuom Awiri, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Omuom Ochola, who died at Jaramongi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referrah Hospital in Kenya, on 11th October, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
