TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2023 By (1) Julius Mulwa Nguyu, (2) Justin Mutio Nguyu and (3) Johness Kilinda Nguyu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Nguyu Mulwa, who died at Makueni County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2023 By (1) Florence Kanini Muthini and (2) Mutua Muange, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Kioko Muange, who died at Sultan Hamud Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 30th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By Sammy Kioko Mutangili and (2) Jane Kituku Mutangili, the deceased’s son and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutangili Kyende alias Mutangili Kyende Muli, who died at Ndunguni Kikumini, on 23rd March, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
