TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2023
By Alikaranda Muthoni Gichobi, of P.O. Box 27, Kianyaga in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Gichobi Njoka, who died at Nguka, on 3rd April, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2023
By (1) Wambugu Njagi and (2) Agnes Muthoni Gachoki, both of
P.O. Box 35, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Mary Muthoni Njagi, who died
at Thimu, on 26th October, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
