TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By Musyoki Mutuku Kyui, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutuku Kyui Mumu, who died at Kalongo, Makueni. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Judith Mumo Muema and (2) Dominic Mutuku Muema, both of P.O. Box 32–90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Muema Mbau, who died at Kilome, on 15th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By (1) Judith Mumo Muema and (2) Dominic Mutuku Muema, both of P.O. Box 32–90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Kalondu Muema, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 28th January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
