TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2023 By (1) Benson Omolo Onjolo and (2) Apollo Otieno Onjolo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvano Onjolo Omollo alias Silvanus Onjolo, who died on 2nd March, 2000. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By Jacob Odera Ochieng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Okelo Okudo, who died on 10th November, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
