E154 OF 2023 By Jannes Otieno Owiti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alloys Owiti Owano alias Alois Owiti Owano, who died at Okok, on 2nd September, 1991. CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2023 By Gilbert Okore Opiyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opiyo Okore Omuga alias Opiyo Okore, who died at Kadero, on 30th June, 2007. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Mary Ajwang Ogutu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Patricia Odhiambo alias Margarate Oyieche Odhiambo alias Margarate Oyieche, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
