TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2023 By (1) Ahmed Omar Hassan and (2) Said Omar Hassan, of P.O. Box 30809–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omar Hassan Said Kishindo, who died at Gongoni, on 6th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2023 By (1) Saida Rashid Bakali and (2) Bakari Kori Rashid, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rashid Njoka Bakari, who died at Nairobi, on 2nd April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By Adil Khan Manzoor, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakia Khan Manzoor, who died at Nairobi, on 15th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By Adil Khan Manzoor, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asad Manzoor Khan, who died at Nairobi, on 18th December, 2022.
