TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2024 By Mohamed Razak Kara, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumtaz Mohamed Razak Kara alias Mumtaz M. Kara, who died, on 24th April, 2023. CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2024 By Mohamed Razak Kara, of P.O. Box 6896, Dar-es-Salaam in Tanzania, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amirali Karmali Poonja, who died, on 27th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
