TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2022 By (1) Nurta Mohamed Omar and (2) Abdullahi Antar Amin, both of P.O. Box 1971–70100, Garissa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ahmed Antar Amin, who died at Boji, Tana River, on 3rd April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2023 By (1) Rahma Mohamed Ali and (2) Issa Abdi Arale, both of P.O. Box 50–70100, Garissa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdullahi Abdi Arale, who died on 28th April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
