PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 26 of the Kisii County Assembly Standing Orders, notice is given to the Kisii County Assembly and members of the public that Thursday, the 29th February, 2024 has been appointed as a day for special sitting of the County Assembly of Kisii, at the County Assembly Chambers commencing at 9.00 a.m., for the purpose of a motion for removal from office of the Deputy Governor of Kisii County Government, H.E. Dr. Robert Onsare Monda, by way of impeachment pursuant to section 33 of the County Governments Act, 2012 as read together with Standing Order 60 and 61. Dated the 22nd February, 2024. PHILIP M.
