THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Ng’ong’a Lucas (ID/7795393), is registered proprietor
in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.29
hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered
under certificate of lease No. Ngong/Ngong/49440, and whereas
sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in
respect thereof is lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the
expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a
new land register and the missing land register will be deemed to be of
no effect, provided that no objection has been received within that
period,.
