WHEREAS Koyumkei Housing Co-operative Society Limited, of P.O. Box 120–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered
as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land
situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Miti Mingi Mbaruk Block 3/5452 (Barut), and whereas sufficient evidence has
been adduced to show that the green card cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, i
shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been
received within that period.
